Outcome Orbit AI Joins InterNACHI as a Vendor Member, Launches InspectorVoice for Home Inspectors

Two Things Happened This Week, and Both of Them Matter to Inspectors

This week we got the email we had been waiting on. Outcome Orbit AI is now an approved InterNACHI Vendor Member, and our member-exclusive offer for InspectorVoice has been submitted to the InterNACHI Vendor Offers Portal. Both happened on May 11, 2026.

If you are an inspector, here is what that means for you, and why I want to tell you about it directly.

The product story first: InspectorVoice

I run a small AI consulting firm out of The Woodlands, TX, and over the last year the question I heard most often from home and commercial inspectors was some version of "what do I do about the phone?"

Calls come in during inspections. Phones buzz on hips mid-attic on a 1972 split-level. Voicemails pile up. The buyer who called at 8:47pm on a Tuesday calls the next inspector on the list before you can call them back. The work that funds next month gets lost in the post-inspection paperwork at the end of the day.

So we built InspectorVoice. It is the home and commercial inspector vertical of our productized voice agent, Orbit Concierge. Same product, configured for how inspection businesses actually run.

Here is what it does at $500 per month:

  • Answers every call, 24/7. Inbound calls picked up day or night, or configured to after-hours-only or busy-overflow if you only want the agent on when you cannot be. Dedicated number, new or ported. Custom voice persona tuned to how you actually talk to clients.
  • Captures and qualifies leads, then quotes them. The agent collects what matters (property type, square footage, location, timing, pre-purchase or pre-listing) and shares estimated pricing with the homeowner. By the time the lead reaches you, the call is warm and the job is sized.
  • Books on your Google Calendar and routes the rest. Confirmed appointments land on your calendar without you doing the data entry. Calls that need a human get routed by your business rules. Callers who hang up without booking get the rescue text, an SMS with a booking link, so the lead does not die in voicemail.
  • Keeps you in the loop. Every call ends with a summary by email or text so you can read it between roofs or after a full day on a 6,000sf walkthrough. Each agent is tuned monthly as your services, pricing, and routing change.

CRM sync, non-Google calendar integrations, bilingual support, and custom workflows beyond the standard package are scoped and quoted per inspector. We tell you straight what is possible before you sign anything.

The credibility story: we run our own business on this

Most voice agent vendors will not let you talk to their product before you sign. We will, and we do it twice over.

The voice agent that answers the main line for Outcome Orbit AI, the line at 217-OrbitAI, is Drew. Drew is Orbit Concierge running in production at our own business. When a prospect calls us, they are not talking to a slideware demo. They are talking to the same product we sell. We use what we sell.

For the inspector vertical, we set up a parallel demo line. Sam, at 833-971-3032, is the InspectorVoice demo line. Same product, same capabilities, configured for the inspector use case. You can call Sam right now, pretend you are a homeowner shopping for a pre-purchase 2,400sf, ask about Saturday availability, and hear how your callers would experience the agent. Available 24/7. Try it at 9pm on a Tuesday or 11am on a Saturday. Those are the hours that actually matter.

This is not a small thing. If you are evaluating any voice agent vendor, the question to ask first is: can I call your product right now? If the answer is "after we set up a demo call," that tells you something about how much they trust their own product to perform live.

The InterNACHI member-exclusive offer

For active InterNACHI members, the InspectorVoice offer is sharper than the standard pricing.

Same product, same capabilities, same tuning, same demo line. Member-only pricing and terms. The offer is now live in the InterNACHI Vendor Offers Portal, and there is a dedicated member page at outcomeorbit.ai/inspectorvoice/internachi if you want to read through the details and book a discovery call.

At $300 to $800 per inspection, one extra booking covers the month, several times over. That is the math we keep coming back to, and it is the math that makes this a low-risk thing for an inspector to try.

What is coming next: a free course for InterNACHI members

While we were going through the vendor application, we started building something else for the InterNACHI community: a short practical training course on AI for inspection businesses. Where it actually earns its keep, where it does not, and what is worth your time to set up.

Voice agents are one example, alongside post-inspection paperwork, lead follow-up, and a few other places AI helps day-to-day. The course is in development right now, pursued through the InterNACHI School, and will be available to InterNACHI members when it launches. More details to come.

If you want a heads-up when it is ready, mention it on your discovery call and I will keep your name on the list.

How to start

Two paths. Pick the one that fits.

Book a 30-minute discovery call. We learn your services, your service area, your pricing rules, and how you actually want calls routed. You leave knowing whether InspectorVoice fits and what the next step looks like. Calendar: book at outcomeorbit.ai/inspectorvoice/ or outcomeorbit.ai/inspectorvoice/internachi (member-exclusive page).

Call Sam first. 833-971-3032. 60 seconds. Hear what your callers would hear. It is the fastest way to evaluate the product.

Either path works. If you call Sam first and then want to talk, the discovery call is still there. If you book a discovery call first and want to test the demo before we meet, Sam is still there.
